Rationale: The following revision provides clarity/direction to users of C1737 for use of test reports and use of test reports by different laboratories.
Only the information in these sections is considered for ballot, in red are additions for consideration. (Section 5.1.1 and 10.16)

5.1 This guide is not intended to measure the precise temperature range for dispensing and curing product under all the possible substrate and environmental factors, but to provide a basis for benchmarking a foam sealant product under specific laboratory conditions.
5.1.1 The data, observations, and rankings reported for tests identified in this guide are subjective to the individuals conducting the tests and internal laboratory standards. Therefore, direct comparison of results reported for testing conducted by different laboratories is not recommended.

10.15 A statement that the test or tests were conducted in accordance with this Guide C1737.
10.16 A statement that direct comparison of test reports from different laboratories is not recommended due to the subjective nature of the observations.
