Rationale

This will be the home to combine existing amusement railway ride standards and to include new content so we will have just standard for amusement railway rides and not four or five. After combining in to the new standard it is the intent of the sub committee to withdraw F2960 and F3054.

The title and scope are in draft form and are under development within this ASTM Committee.
