Revision of F3367-21a Standard Practice for Simplified Methods for Addressing High-Intensity Radiated Fields (HIRF) and Indirect Effects of Lightning on Aircraft

Rationale

Correctly requires former VLA to have to address hazardous and catastrophic failure conditions if introduced. This also supports changes being made to F3230 for electric and hybrid propulsion which EASA expects to also be addressed if installed on these aircraft.
