1. Scope

This replaces the older WK30024 which was kicked around for years and even went to ballot a couple times. It needs to be resurrected and reactivated as regulatory agencies and consumers are interested in its future. SCOPE: Testing bulk materials from consumer products such as cosmetics and related talc-containing materials for asbestos.
