Revision of F1154-18 Standard Practices for Evaluating the Comfort, Fit, Function, and Durability of Protective Ensembles, Ensemble Elements, and Other Components
Rationale
This revision adds items relevant for application of this standard to be applicable across multiple industries and add relevance for specifiers and end users . Of note are requirements to describe the intended use of the ensemble and evaluate the applicability of the user instructions including donning and doffing the ensemble. Additional optional exercises are added in an appendix as well as a description of their applicability to assist users of the practice in selection of exercises and tasks which may be more applicable based on the intended use.
