ASTM Committee E11 on Quality and Statistics was formed in 1946. E11 meets twice each year, usually in October and April, with about 25 members participating in 15 meetings over two days. The Committee, with a membership of approximately 230 members, currently has jurisdiction of over 20 approved standards that are published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 14.02.
