ASTM International Committee E53 on Asset Management has recognized the dedicated service of William G. Franklin Jr., manager at Noblis Inc., Falls Church, Virginia, with the Dieter-Hestermann Award.
The award, named after Committee E53’s co-founders, honors individuals who provide outstanding leadership and have made exemplary technical, practical and administrative contributions over a continuous period of time. An ASTM member since 2007, Franklin has served as E53 chairman since 2012 and also chairs the Planning Subcommittee. Previous honors include the Distinguished Service Award in 2013.
At Noblis, Franklin’s work is focused on management of corporate assets from acquisition to disposition, including administration of the corporate asset tracking system, writing corporate policy, supporting client requirements and ensuring compliance with contracts and corporate procedures.
Franklin is a member of the National Property Management Association in addition to ASTM.
