Joe Koury, staff manager for ASTM International Committee E52 on Forensic Psychophysiology, will speak at the annual seminar of the American Association of Police Polygraphists on April 17 at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town in Albuquerque, N.M. This meeting will follow the April 14-15 meetings of Committee E52, which will take place at the some hotel.

In his presentation, Koury will provide an overview of ASTM International, including its history, infrastructure and standards developing process. He will also speak specifically about Committee E52.

ASTM International Committee E52 on Forensic Psychophysiology was formed in 1998 to develop standards for research, polygraph instrumentation, quality control, examiner education and training and ethics. With a current membership of approximately 100 members, Committee E52 has jurisdiction of 15 standards.
