Step 1

Submit Application

Complete program application and send to ASTM to enroll.

Execute Agreement

Sign confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement and submit payment.

Step 3

Submit Your Phase I Report

Submit a redacted Phase I ESA report, removing sensitive information as needed.

Step 4

Peer Review is Conducted

ASTM reviewer evaluates the report against ASTM E1527 using a conformance checklist and provides written feedback.

Step 5

Quality Assurance Review

A second independent ASTM reviewer checks the checklist and comments for accuracy and consistency.

Step 6

Receive Final Results

Receive finalized peer review package including notated report, and summary of comments highlighting areas of strength and needs for improvement.
