The amended specification will be used to enhance current standards used for dynamic property characterization of polymer AM materials to account for process specific tendencies. The expected outcome is to drive appropriate failure mechanisms on easier to print specimens. Users can consist of machine operators, printer OEMs, testing houses, ASTM sub-committee members, technology adopters/type-certification holders, and certification regulators.
