Initiated in 2025, ASTM Launch is an XCELLERATE™ program that offers funding of short-term initiatives designed to enhance the integration of standards and strategic R&D across our 90 industry sectors. These initiatives include updating and improving existing ASTM standards or driving the creation of new standards.
In collaboration with our members and stakeholders from industry, research hubs, regulatory agencies, academia, and governments, the program includes three core elements:
Interested parties are welcome to share their ideas for ASTM Launch. Submissions must demonstrate support of the common goal of advancing the growth of cutting-edge technologies through standardization, enhancing quality, and accelerating commercial success.
