Portuguese-Language Training Courses Now Offered by ASTM

ASTM is now providing training directly from technical committees, now in Spanish/Brazilian Portuguese.
The current offering includes two translated training programs in each of the construction and petroleum topic areas. Specifically, the courses cover concrete field testing, concrete strength testing, liquefied petroleum gasoline, and petroleum inspection through ASTM D4057.
These online courses include photos, tables, calculations, videos, and animations to demonstrate the committee's instructions on how to prepare a sample, prepare an instrument, or perform a test method.
A formal exam is at the end of each online course. If a student earns better than 80%, they receive a certification of completion to demonstrate their knowledge.
