ASTM’s ASCET Center of Excellence has announced the membership for its inaugural advisory board. The first convening of the inaugural ASCET Advisory Board will occur in mid-December of 2025.
The board members’ expertise on Critical and Emerging Technologies (CETs) ecosystems and standardization will provide valuable thought leadership to the Center. The Advisory Board will provide insights into ongoing efforts to shape and influence ASCET. They represent a broad distribution of stakeholder groups with perspectives and insights across industry, academia, standards-setting organizations, government, and other collaborators.
“ASCET has formed during a moment of great potential, where transformative innovations are set to shape the rest of the 21st century,” says Andy Kireta, president of ASTM International. “We’re pleased to welcome the wisdom and guidance of these new Board members, some of the best and brightest in their respective fields, as ASCET continues to move through a new, rapidly evolving technological frontier.”
