ASTM International Visits Washington University During April Committee Week

Several hundred students were introduced to ASTM International and the resources available to them when ASTM staff visited the campus of Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. on April 21. Staff Manager Kathleen McClung participated in the College of Engineering's "Cheap Lunch," which is a unique event designed to connect with engineering students during their lunch break.

During the event, flyers were distributed about ASTM's free student membership, scholarships and project grant programs. The group also had the chance to view ASTM's new student member video (www.astm.org/student_video).
