GSO - the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Standardization Organization - organized the First Gulf Forum for Standardization Education in Doha, Qatar, on Dec. 8-9, 2015. ASTM staff was among nine experts invited to attend and present ASTM's experiences related to standards education. The forum generated suggestions and initiatives for embracing standardization at different stages of education that can be implemented in GSO member states.
