ASTM has been working with the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization to arrange technical training sessions and consultations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. On Oct. 27-29, 2014, a workshop on ready-mixed concrete was conducted by ASTM member Richard Szecsy, Ph.D., P.E., president, Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association.
