Liu Fei, chief representative of ASTM's China office, was invited to speak at the C+E Center for Engineering Research Testing and Appraisal. Liu Fei presented information on ASTM membership, including types and benefits, and standards development. He focused on the work of ASTM International Committees E06 on Performance of Buildings and E58 on Forensic Engineering.
