Rationale

PULVERIZATION - A new Annex is proposed to be created dealing with definitions of terms of interest to the circular economy as related to plastics. This ballot item is one of a series of ballot items of individual definitions intended to be added into the new annex. Each ballot item contains a single term and proposes a definition for it. Sections of ASTM D883 not associated with this new annex are npt proposed to be changed and are not shown here
