Rationale

During the adoption of ASTM A988/A988M as ASME SA-988/SA-988M, it was discovered that S31609 (316H) was omitted from Table 5, Weld Repair Requirements. This WK corrects that omission. Additionally, this WK revises Supplementary Requirement S20, which is a mandatory requirement in SA-988/SA-988M, to add a sentence from the SA-988/SA-988M Supplementary Requirement S20 regarding protection of powder from contamination.
