Suggestion: Now that E10 and E18 include "portable" and "movable" hardness testing machines that were never and are not currently included in E140 Tables, along with E110, A833, A956, A1038 portable hardness testing machines, somehow, E140 needs to address conversion from "portable" and "movable" to the "fixed-location" hardness testing machine numbers traditionally listed in E140, e.g., to permit or not permit E140 conversion.
