Rationale

The section 20 category in DO160G has 2 letters for each category. First letter is for conducted susceptibility (CS) and second is for radiated susceptibility (RS). The older DO160 had single letter where it represented the same level for both conducted and radiated. In DO106G its separated for more flexibility of doing different CS & RS test levels in the same category.
