Rationale

In recent years, the D08 Committee has been focused on removing references to "Asbestos" materials from Standards. This subcommittee is looking to remove "—Asbestos-Free" from the title. Any remaining references in the body of the standard shall remain. This same rational was used to update ASTM D4586/D4586M-25 which passed ballot.
