Rationale

Section 9.2 and 9.4 (post UV exposure oxidative resistance testing) currently require testing to failure. However, if the test time of the exposed specimens meets or exceeds the expected or average test time of the baseline (unexposed) condition at the same test conditions, testing to failure will not yield a different test result since the UV exposed specimens have already met requirements to demonstrate equivalency to the baseline; due to this testing exposed specimens to failure should be optional and not required.
