Rationale

Qualified inspectors are increasingly reliant on drones (sUAS) for supplementing facade inspection work typically performed under E2270 or with guidance from E2841. This new standard provides supplemental information to Qualified Inspectors to communicate flight parameters to drone operators to achieve inspection objectives, and to drone operators to help understand the objectives of facade inspection work.
