Rationale

The changes propose a new terminology introduced replacing Electric Propulsion Unit (EPU) with Electric Engine or Electric Propulsion System (where appropriate). Additionally, language regarding the battery (electric energy storage) and integration of the EPS with the aircraft, was moved to the EESS and Powerplant systems standards. Additional minor modifications were incorporated.
