Previous Subcommittee Ballot E11.20(25-01) comprised eight subitems, and incurred one negative vote that was found persuasive, and this ballot item was sent back to the task group for rework and reballoting. Previous Main Committee Ballot E11(25-03) received three negatives concerning definition of “bias” on two ballot items, which were sent back to the task group for rework and reballoting. The result was to move the bias revisions into this new ballot
