The reapproval ballot of D3268 closing December 1, 2025, yielded two comments one of which requires a substantive change in this standard. The two comment statements were as follows: 1. Notes 1 and 3 each contain a requirement and, as such, should be normative text (see ASTM Form and Style, B29.1). A revision balloting only this change (not reopening the entire standard) should be considered in the near future. 2. Section 1.1 - NB: 0.5 ft^3/min is closer to 14 L/min than 15.
