Rationale

Under the jurisdiction of the F24.61 Sub Committee on Adventure Attractions, the Task Group on Revisions to F2970-25 has been tasked with reviewing and updating F2970-25 with emphasis on the following areas of interest: • Content related to fire properties • Content related to netting • Content related to degree of difficulty and minimum skill levels • Content related to dismount platforms and wall walking • Content related to operations and supervision • Content related to inflation systems • Content related to impact attenuation testing • Content related to class 1, class 2, and class 3 trampoline beds • Content related to multiple use TC Foam Pits • Content related to trampoline court components • Content related to scope and applicability • Content related to inspections • Content related to children’s zones • Content related to figure graphics • Additional minor revisions, additions, subtractions, revisions, and clarifications to reflect industry need • Renumbering where warranted This work item addresses suggestions derived from voters comments, collaboration, discussions, and ongoing work of the Task Group on Revisions to F2970-25.
