Rationale

This ballot proposes changes to the POH Standard to address a comment by the FAA to the previous ballot. The change addresses the need for manufacturers to consider including “Abnormal Procedures” to align the POH standard with 14 CFR 21.190(c)(2)(i) as per the MOSAIC Final Rule.
