This standard is being balloted for withdrawal with no replacement because"At the D19.02 meeting in June 2025 (Kansas City, MO) there was a decision to withdraw D5612-94(2018), "Standard Guide for Quality Planning and Field Implementation of a Water Quality Measurement Program ". During the recent D19.02 meeting in Houston, TX there was follow up discussion with same decision being made. If you feel that D5612 should be retained you may vote negative on this withdrawal action and advise D19.02 of the basis for your objection. D19.02 is focused on maintaining and improving upon those standards that it is aware are of the greatest current relevance and utility. Participation in D19.02 is always welcomed and your feedback is appreciated.
