Rationale

We would like to add an appendix to the Method that provides the option to run the Method with modified types and amounts of contaminants. Specifically, we are interested in using 25% simulated E10 fuel rather than 8.3% of simulated E85, and to use 10% water rather than 8.3%. Other fuel types and fuel/water amounts would potentially be within scope of this Work Item to add additional addenda to the Method. Furthermore, we would like to add a third storage temperature of -20 to -25 degC in addition to the two current storage temperatures. The purpose of these changes is to better mimic the most severe field conditions commonly experienced by hybrid vehicle engine oils.
