Rationale

This Work Item changes the subsection title for A2.5 from Manipulating Tests to Ductility Tests. Although the terms manipulation, manipulate or manipulating are found in other Society Committee Specifications, they are not commonly found in A01 Specifications. Ductility is a more appropriate descriptor and is frequently used in A01 Specifications and within Main Committee E28 on Mechanical Testing.
