This revision is address a negative comment form July 2025, as found persuasive but held off until 2026 for revision to avoid the standard falling off the ballot. Planned changes include revision to Section 5.1.2 to add background scan information, Section 5.2.1 to add tolerance around the thickness in order to avoid vague language, and Section 7.1.4 to add the upper and lower bounds used to determine peaks as reportable.
