Rationale

It is considered that an update to Figure 4a (schematic of constant amplitude waveform) will improve its clarity, as well as supporting wider applicability for standards under E08 committee. This Work Item addresses the change to Fig.4a, and associated minor changes to terminology describing waveform features.
