Rationale

This guide was originally developed in 2004, and was withdrawn in 2012. Since its original development, the technologies for high resolution site characterization (HRSC) have significantly evolved. New HRSC tools and methods allow for rapid and reproducible testing and analysis of soil, groundwater, and soil gases in the field. Changes to the existing Standard are in verdana.
