Rationale

Comments received during previous ballots regarding application of tolerances to box sections larger than ASTM C1433 / C1577 standard sizes and considerations for joint details needed to be addressed. This ballot provides modifications that clarify how to apply tolerances to all box culvert sizes including larger sizes as well as additional considerations regarding joint details added to the appendix.
