Rationale

This balloted revision removes the references to the Zn-5 Al-MM coating option of this standard in order to remain consistent with changes that have already been balloted and approved in Standard Specification A929 as well as a pending ballot item for A742. This revision also adds the 5/5 mil polymer coating thickness option to the standard in order to remain consistent with A742.
