Rationale

In section 24 of C114 the Carbon Dioxide method currently has reference test method in the title but it is in the alternative methods section of C114. This creates confusion, so we are proposing to change the title of Section 24 from Carbon Dioxide ( Reference Test Method) to Carbon Dioxide (Alternative Test Method)
