Rationale

This specification is being updated to: 1. Include reference to ASTM A792 Type 1 and Type 2 metallic coatings that were recently added to ASTM A792. 2. Increase the maximum width for dimensional tolerance tables to accommodate wider steel sheet that is currently being produced in the industry. 3. Update the thickness tolerance table to accommodate thin gauge hot-dip metallic coated products that are produced from hot-rolled substrate.
