The language in this section is being revised for clarity. The anchoring system is still required to be designed by a licensed professional engineer but the requirement for a stamp from a licensed professional engineer has been removed to be consistent with other F24 standards. In jurisdictions that require a stamp from licensed professional engineers, it will be up to the local authority to enforce that requirement.
