Rationale

Would like to move to a note with the following deletions and additions: a) Remove the 20 minute time frame noted in 4.2, as it does not exist in ACI Committee 207.1R Report. b) Remove (SEE ACI Committee 207.1R report) as the reference to temperature is not in the document. c) Add after batching and before sampling to clarify the temperature equalization time. d) Add between components of the concrete mixture to clarify it is more than aggregate and mortar, as previously worded.
