Rationale

Brought up as New Business at the Winter meeting in Atlanta, GA, the section meeting audience and subcommittee members wished to update some of the Tables and Footnotes within the standard. These updates are intended to clear up some confusing language and to update wording that reference ACI exposure classes to reflect current ACI standards and specifications.
