Rationale

Removed the requirement for Dynamic Force Verification per E467.  Verification per ASTM E4 is considered sufficient.  This is consistent with the recent change in language in the Strain Controlled Thermomechanical Fatigue Testing standard (Practice E2368-25).  In addition, references to non-ASTM standards (ISO, EN, BS, JIS) have been removed; references to the relevant active ASTM standards still remain.  Most of these non-ASTM references removed were obsolete and have been superseded since the original publication of the standard.  Some non-technical editorial changes have been made throughout the document.
