Rationale

New Distillate Fuel Haze Rating Standard (2025) and Distillate Fuel Haze Rating Standard Red Dyed Fuels (2025) have been developed for samples known to contain <100 ppm sulfur. This ballot will include these ADJD417603 and ADJD417604 into D4176 as options for conducting Procedure 2 using the existing bar chart ADJD417601.
