Rationale: This was previously balloted and received a negative based on not listing a value in the precision statement for Reproducibility (R). The following was agreed upon by the negative voter which addresses why the reproducibility cannot be determined. Because there is only one participant in running the fluids according to this standard, only the repeatability (r) can be determined. A statement is being added to address this issue for not being able to determine the reproducibility (R).
