Rationale

Table 4 in A568 describes thickness tolerances for different ranges of thickness and different product widths. This table contains ellipses in several areas that are currently commonly available globally. This work item aims to update this table with appropriate thickness tolerances based on the same philosophy as the current tolerances as well as actual demonstrated capability of many producing facilities.
