Rationale

There are two items this ballot is proposing to address. The first is regarding how width is addressed in the standard.  The current standard lists the property of "width" as a requirement, whereas other standards within D08 have this property to be included as "reported" or to be agreed upon between the purchaser and the seller (see D6162, for example). This ballot proposes to move the language related to width to a similar location. The second item is proposed for clarity.  Discussion from the task group resulted in a recommendation to move the table currently located at the end of the text to within the body of the text.
