Rationale

The five year review for this standard is approaching. After some evaluation three changes are being made. First A941 is being added to the list of referenced documents in 2.1. Second, 14.1 is being amended to remove the term “workman like finish” due to it being vague. Lastly, “Heat Number” is being added to the list of marking requirements in 20.1 since this is standard industry practice. These sections are the only ones being changed. The rest of the standard is being provided for reference.
