D1900 was balloted for reapproval on ballot D25-01, Item 5. The ballot received 1 negative that was discussed in the June 2025 meeting. The negative was found to be persuasive. This ballot is to address the issue raised in the negative vote which will harmonize the text in D1900 with the text in D1799.
