Rationale

At amendment 23-62, language for certain fire suppression regulations included the phrase "engines... in pylons." These regulations were standardized within F3066. A literal reading of this text does not reflect architectures that were certified or anticipated at the time. This revision is a simple change from "in" to "on" to accurately reflect the architecture of Normal Category airplanes.
